Amy Graver
President/Creative Director:

After a stint as a photojournalist for one of the nation’s largest newspapers and years as a graphic designer in big city shops, Amy founded Elements in early 1999. Since then, she has grown the business from a one person, dining room table operation to a respected and award-winning firm with an impressive roster of regional, national and international clients. Her work has been cited for excellence, winning numerous awards and distinctions and has been published in nearly every major design publication. Amy is currently serving on the Advisory Board of Package Design magazine and regularly gives seminars to various organizations on marketing/design, the power of social media and how to integrate the technology into marketing strategy. She is a founding member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) Connecticut chapter and is a past president of the Connecticut Art Director’s Club.

Ben Jura
Senior Designer & Project Coordinator

Ben possesses a unique balance of creativity and project leadership skills. After graduating from The School of Visual Arts with a BA in graphic design, Ben developed his diverse set of skills working within the fields of advertising, branding and design in New York and Connecticut for clients such as Hinckley Yachts, Stanley Tools, PepsiCo and Bradley Airport. His ability to think strategically across multiple communication channels helps the team at Elements get ahead of their client’s potential challenges and exceed their expectations.

Allyson Coughlin
New Media & Account Manager

Allyson joins Elements with five years of professional public relations and marketing experience and graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Public Relations and Marketing. While managing national publicity campaigns for a wide array of clients, she has also been involved with creating targeted marketing plans, social media strategies and event planning. She has the ability to find new and creative ways to generate a buzz about her clients and it has allowed her to execute results-driven public relations and marketing strategies.

Tracy Forbes
Account Manager

Tracy has spent the past 20 years building her resume in marketing, advertising and multi-media productions at top New York and Connecticut based agencies, including Grey Advertising, DMB&B, D.L. Ryan Partnership & CatapultMarketing. Her background exhibits a professional career leading strategic planning, marketing, the implementation of national advertising campaigns, consumer promotion and customer marketing efforts for a diverse list of clients including Insight Pharmaceuticals, The Dannon Company, Procter & Gamble, Kraft Foods, Mars/Masterfoods Inc. and many more. She consistently works to develop strategic partnerships with her clients in order to develop customized marketing plans, build revenue, win market share and outperform the competition.

David Zarovny
Designer

David completed the competitive graphic design program at Central Connecticut State University while simultaneously cultivating his talents in fine arts. His passion for what he does earned him CT AIGA’s first student scholarship for integrity and originality. He could talk philosophy over a cup of tea for hours, but when it’s time to get crackin’ he generates results.
