Its like you read my thoughts! You appear to understand so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I believe that you can do with some % to pressure the message home a bit, but other than that, this is magnificent blog. A fantastic read. I'll certainly be back.

Tesco, a South Korean supermarket giant, found a clever way to bring the grocery store to its time-stretched consumers. They launched a QR Code campaign that plastered huge images of food items onto subway walls. These images came with a QR Code and allowed consumers to scan individual food items to be loaded in their virtual shopping cart. Once they finished their checkout, their order was processed and delivered to the consumer’s doorstep. What’s the most difficult time to get food? Lunchtime – everyone is on a schedule. People have 30 – 60 minutes to get their lunch, eat it, and get back to work. What if restaurants incorporated the same technology on subways and busses, offering lunch specials that could be pre-ordered and paid for that day. Starbucks’ has a new mobile payment app allowing customers to pay for in store purchases with their smart phones. This would be taking that strategy to the next level. Order on the way to work, walk in and pick up your food at lunch. It’s definitely doable.

This article lays out just the base of mobile marketing for restaurants. The content is laid out in an intuitive manner and focuses on what restaurant owners can do immediately to base the rest of their mobile marketing campaign upon. Very informative and easy to implement. It is a nice read.
