Picture(s) of the Week :: Hartford Art School Visit

What a great, great day.

This past Tuesday, I had the pleasure of visiting the Hartford Art School’s Type 2 class to give a talk from our book, Layouts and Grids. I want to thank Professor John Nordyke and his class for an excellent day at HAS.

It is always a treat for me to be around design students and this class was engaged, inquisitive, and fun – so thank you all and I look forward to returning sometime in the Spring!

P.S. Should I mention that it was 80’s day at HAS? That’s Professor Nordyke in the mullet wig sitting next to me in back. I wish they had told me it was 80’s day. I could have rocked my oversized neon pink “RELAX. DON’T DO IT” Frankie Goes to Hollywood tee and black rubber bracelets. Oh well. Next time!
