Here’s a Thought :: New Year Check-Up

I wanted to take a minute to check in and see how your first quarter is going.

It’s the beginning of February – so what is working, what isn’t, what still needs some improving?

How did you do this first month of 2013? What worked better than expected? What still needs to change? Let’s all do a little marketing “check-up” together and get geared-up for an even better February!

Here are few things we’re doing differently in 2013 so far:
1. Ben and I are excited to be attending a two-day symposium focused on the business of design firms;
2. We’re steadily working on the redesign of our new website;
3. I’m working on a new marketing approach for new business with the organizational help of Allyson and the assistance of Tracy – I’m excited by the results so far in January!
4. I’m flying to Chicago for the Home & Housewares show and I already have several meetings at the show planned – I’m very excited about this!
5. We have a better understand of our productivity (thanks to Ben installing a new time tracking program last year!) and we are working together as a team to hit our goals. So far, January was much improved so we’re doing great.
