In September we experienced temperatures highs in the 90’s to lows in the 40’s. The leaves starting to turn their brilliant colors and the crisp, fresh-from-the-orchard apples have never tasted better.
We celebrated a couple of September birthday’s too. First, my daughter Addie turned six followed later in the month by Tracy’s birthday with her surprise flower delivery (when we were locked out of the studio – but only for a funny moment when the faux FBI-man delivered her bouquet).
We also won a few awards and enjoyed having Melissa come visit us just days before giving birth to her beautiful daughter, Hallie (who we can’t wait to meet, hint, hint!). We sent out a ‘mess ton’ (design-speak meaning ‘a whole lot’) of Goods Shoppe orders and completed projects to clients. And we awarded Kelly a PEZ Winner sticker for being – well, Kelly. She’s awesome.
The seasons are changing and we are seeing changes here at Elements, too. After saying a sad goodbye to Ben and Allyson, we said a big, happy HELLO and welcome back to Chelsea. We are so glad you’re here!
We have some exciting projects on deck in our busy studio and a shiny new website we’re launching very soon. So, change can be good! Farewell, September and buckle up, October. We’re ready. Let’s get started!
