The point of your website and print materials is to tell the story of your company and gain trust from your customers and believe it or not, photography has the power to do just that. Great photography provokes an emotional response and keeps your customer engaged. The more engaged one becomes in something the more they trust and believe in it.

Odds are an image is the first thing your customer will see when they go to your website or open a brochure. While words hold a lot of weight, sometimes you only have a few seconds to engage your audience.   1. Avoid clichés, overly posed models, bad lighting, and low-quality images
  2. Include human elements as often as you can
  3. Look for interesting perspectives and compositions
  4. It’s better to have one standout image than a few subpar ones
  5. Pay attention to color, contrast, and saturation as they play a big part in the mood of the image
