Here’s A Thought :: My Fall Bucket List

fall bucket list front door

Falls in New England are the best. And so far, it’s been a picture perfect one.  But we all feel that familiar chill in the air. Winter is coming. Heck, we even had snow flurries on Saturday – snow flurries! Officially, winter does not start until December 21st, but we are losing daylight fast along with the beautiful leaves. Daylight savings ends November 1 (gasp!) and I already feel the pressure of less time.  So, without further adieu, here I go with my 2015 Fall Bucket List ….

plant spring bulbs // carve pumpkins // HAY RIDE WITH KIDS // finish cleaning elements basement // bake an apple pie // ONE FINAL FAMILY BIKE RIDE // huge leaf pile we can jump in // take kids to a fall football game // DESIGN ELEMENTS HOLIDAY CARD + GIFT // run in the woods // family holiday photo // DAY TRIP TO PHOTOGRAPH // try a fall brew // trick-or-treat // MAKE COLE’S COSTUME //fall craft // update website with new work // HOMEMADE SOUP //visit an orchard // crockpot applesauce // START HOLIDAY SHOPPING // invite friends over for a backyard campfire //

It’s an ambitious list but it will be a fun challenge to attempt get it all done. I’ll update and let you know how I did!

Meanwhile, what’s on your Fall Bucket List? Better get to it!
