This week, we thought we would round up a few helpful, informative and hot topics we’re currently seeing in marketing and design.

First, if you haven’t heard, there’s been a lot of buzz surrounding new Instagram Reels. Facebook (who owns Instagram) is giving a lot of algorithm ‘love’ to Reels to help the feature take hold (and compete with TikTok.) Learn more.

The new social platform Clubhouse has hit 8 million downloads since its inception last April — despite being invite-only and still being in pre-launch mode. It’s too soon to tell if Clubhouse has staying power, but it already has some heavy-hitting celebrity users like Elon Musk, Tiffany Haddish, Drake and Oprah.
